1. Why does it not work or the pole shaft does not connect together?
A: Please kindly note thatĀ the 3rd Section (POLE SHAFT) is Stored into the Section 2 (HEIGHT PART), and the Section 2 (HEIGHT PART) of our trekking poles is Hidden into Section 1 that is HANDLE. So you couldĀ PULL the SECTION 3 OUT OF SECTION 2, and then Completely Install it to work.
2. The handle and pole shafts DO NOT stay together after finishing adjusted for height?
A: Before Closing the flip lock, you shouldĀ Keep the Flip Lock OpenĀ andĀ TIGHTEN the SCREW KNOB by TURNING/TWISTING it CLOCKWISEĀ for several times.
While closing the flip lock, you shouldĀ feel a bit of resistance; and there isĀ no interval/gapĀ between the knob and flip lock after closing.
Then the handle and the section 2 (height part) together with the pole shafts would stay together closely and hold once adjusted for height.
