1：Why the mist is not so strong?
please check if the inside transparent water tank cap tightly mounted with the diffuser lid, sometimes there will be loose during delivery. People can take it down to clean daily. And meanwhile to make sure there is no water on the bottom of diffuser ,where the circuit and fan are, fan rotationi is the key point of spraying mist, if there 's water ,it will block rotation speed and influnce mist strength.
2: Why no mist out?
Please check if the adapter has been connected well and if water is too much over the max line or too less. Both will influence diffuser operation.
Mention:
1:Better to clean diffuser water tank after 2-3 using so as not influence the essential oil smell.
